Well, who doesn’t like joy and bliss!
This life is a journey and we all want to make it as beautiful as possible.
By the way, for a moment I want you to close your eyes and think about the unnecessary noise you have in your head.
I am sure there must be a few things you don’t want in your life as they are hurdles in your happy life.
Let me tell you 5 powerful life hacks for a happy life which are totally under your control. Sit tight and enjoy the write-up, I am sure you will gain something out of it.
1. Stay Happy
Yes! To stay happy is your choice.
In any given life situation you will always have two options. One is to keep complaining about it, think and cry about it, blaming others and blaming to self. And the second option is to figure out how you can come out of the situation.
The first option is easy to follow but there is no end to it.
The second option is a little difficult to follow initially but soon you will be able to bring your life back to the happy wheels.
The choice is always yours.
2. Stay Healthy
Again, Yes! Health is in your hand, it’s your choice.
Being a Yoga Teacher when I take feedback from the outgoing batch, the commonest thing I get to hear is, “I wish I could have started it earlier.”
Spend at least one hour on your health. Watch your eating habits and do Yoga or any other exercise you like.
3. What To Chase
What to chase should be your personal decision. Don’t live unconsciously or don’t follow everything that comes your way.
Take a halt and decide what you want to chase. Take frequent halts and don’t mind checking on it what you are chasing in life.
Do you want to chase money? Do you want to chase social status? Do you want to chase healthy relations? Do you want to chase conscious living? Do you want to chase your passion?
Ask yourself “WHAT”
This should be your own decision and take responsibility for what you are chasing in your life.
Chasing anything in life is your personal affair. Decide and define the path.
4. Your Behaviour
How you behave with strangers, friends and family members is also in your control.
Your behaviour will decide the course of any relationship, be it personal or professional.
Your behaviour can make someone’s day or life and your behaviour can spoil someone’s day or life.
Now you need to decide what you want to choose.
5. Your Relations
Being a Life Coach when I coach people for Relationship Coaching, I found small things that are easily changeable and adjusted in a nice way to keep relations alive and healthy.
But, in this age of social media, there are so many distractions, people choose to get distracted by so many things than resolve issues.
Be it personal or professional relations, there is always one thing to keep in mind what seeds you plant you will grow that plant and if a weed grows surrounding the plant, all you need to do is to take the necessary steps to remove the weed.
It’s not necessary to remove the entire plant always. and even if you choose to remove the entire plant then make sure you don’t plant the same seeds next time.
